Stevie's Angels was created in 2016 in honor of my late mother Stephanie who went by the name of, Stevie. My mother had a life long battle with drugs and mental health which landed her in and out of shelters and occasionally on the streets where she battled with homelessness. After her passing I wanted to do something to honor her which led me to create this organization. Here at Stevie's Angels we feel that the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. We fill up blessing bags with essentials such as, hygiene products, water, non-perishable foods, and socks. We also include seasonal items and lists of local resources for things like hot meals, shelters and help with mental and physical health issues. We take these bags and distribute them throughout the hardest hit areas of homelessness in the Baltimore area.
